Having worked with countless global leaders including Hyundai, Bintan Resort Management, Karimun Industrial Management, Newmont, ONGC, Lum Chang, Colliers, CBRE, JDC, Leighton, Chesterton, Mallesons, Macquarie Group, Baulderstones, FKP, Flour Daniel, Allens, Abigroup and Meinhardt has given him profound insights into property development and delivering successful projects.

Philip’s key strengths are his dynamic problem solving abilities, combined with fluid interpersonal and cross cultural skills. His project management capabilities, development skills and property knowledge are second to none. Philip is regularly consulted over land, property and development matter by his peers within the industry, has been called as an Expert Witness within the Courts and has provided commentary for numerous leading publications.
